By Peter Lance September 29th, 2019. While most of the coverage of Robert DeNiro’s appearance this morning on CNN’s “Reliable Sources” focused on his use of “the F-bomb,” in the course of a two-segment interview with Brian Stelter, he thoughtfully endorsed the House Impeachment Inquiry, compared Trump to “a gangster” and said he’s talking to SNL about reprising his Robert Mueller role to detail what the Special Counsel left out of his report.
